Qualities of Good Students
Pro-active approach
Having
a laid-back attitude is not going to be of any help. You can only build a
successful career for yourself if you have a proactive approach.
Believe in yourself
To be
able to achieve your goals, you must first believe that you can. You should
never use words such as ‘I can’t’, ‘I won’t be able to do it’ as this will
deter your spirit. Believe in yourself and you will be able to achieve any goal
with constant effort and determination. Using the right attitude will also help
you achieve your goals.
Perseverance
Perseverance
is the key to success. Stay determined to achieve your goals. There will be
times when you will be frustrated and feel like giving up. Get past such times.
Keep the vision of your goal in mind and never give up.
Yearn to Learn
Learning
never ends. Don’t ever think you have learned everything and there is nothing
more to learn. Yearn to learn more. Learn from your parents, teachers, peers
and friends. There is no limit to what you can learn. Be observant and try to
grasp all the things that you observe around you.
