Schemes of Work (O-level) 2024
Advantages of Teacher Schemes of Work
Progress monitoring
Schemes
of work allow teachers to track the progress of their students throughout the
academic year. By breaking down the curriculum into smaller units, teachers can
assess student understanding, identify areas of weakness, and provide
appropriate support or intervention.
Resource management
Schemes
of work help teachers identify the resources, materials, and equipment needed
for each lesson or unit. This allows them to plan ahead, gather necessary
resources in advance, and ensure smooth delivery of lessons without any
last-minute scrambling.
