General info No extra time to transfer answers, so you must organise your time efficiently. The ACADEMIC WRITING module Timing 60 mins, approximately 20 mins for Task 1, 40 mins for Task 2 Task 1 Using at least 150 words, you must: – Describe, compare and contrast information in diagrams, charts or tables, OR – Describe the stages of a process, or explain how something works Task 2 Using at least 250 words, you must respond to an opinion or problem, for example, presenting the pros and cons of an argument or a solution to the problem. General info You need to keep to the timing for each task as much as possible.
