IMPORTANCE OF READING THE QURAN – PART 2

4. Earn Good Deeds

You’ll
be amazed to know that reading even one small word of the Quran, you will be
rewarded for 10 good deeds. Subhan Allah. Now imagine how many Good deeds you
will earn by just reading a surah.

5. Unlocking Secrets and Existential
Questions of Life

Indeed,
the Quran helps Muslims to understand the secrets of the universe they live in.
Also, the Quran helps them to know more about the secrets of creation as well
as the laws managing the universe. If you reflect on the Quran, you will find
perfect answers to the existential questions you are usually haunted by. To
clarify, you can find answers to the questions like the purpose of life, the
identity of man, the final destination, and the path of achieving real
happiness and tranquillity.

6. Makes You Closer to Allah

When
you read the Quran you feel like Allah is conversing with you. As you move from
one verse to another you learn about what pleases Allah and from what things
should we refrain from. It makes you feel closer to Allah.

7. Healing and mercy to the Believers

There
is no physical, mental or spiritual illness or discomfort that the Qur’an
cannot cure. Quran recitation can provide you with a remedy from known and
unknown annoyances. Illuminates the heart with faith and strengthens our faith.
Therefore, it is imperative to read and recite the Qur’an for the sake of God’s
mercy and healing. “And We send down from the Qur’an that which is healing and
mercy for the believers, and it does not increase the wrongdoers except in
loss.”
